Naked And Wind

Naked And Wind

A documentary film showing outcasts of a society where persecution and repression are always present in the background. Their only place of refuge is a cemetary in the middle of a big city in southern Iran, but not even there can they feel secure. In Iran, a woman can be stoned to death if she sleeps with someone else other than her husband. Sara, in the film, is well aware of that but still prostitutes herself in order to support her and her husband's abuse of heroin. Her husband, Hassan, plans to quit his abuse of heroin by selling one of his kidneys. With the money he is going to pay off his father's debts and set up a business of his own. In spite of this miserable life some individuals still have hope and a belief in the future. A question that one asks oneself after seeing this film is whether there is any rescue for these people at the bottom of society?
